Apple has published a series of support documents for iPhone Duo alongside the device’s launch, covering setup and troubleshooting topics.
One guide addresses unexpected noise when opening or closing the phone and enclosure damage that affects hinge operation.
Display adjustment for cases
Another document covers cases that partially cover the left edge of the outer display. After the case is installed, iPhone Duo displays a prompt offering to adjust the screen size.
The adjustment can also be made later in Settings → Display & Brightness by enabling Shift Left Edge. The feature shifts outer-display content to account for the front portion of the case.
Other published guides
Apple’s available documents also cover genuine Touch ID buttons, resetting iPhone Duo with a Mac or PC after a forgotten passcode, and troubleshooting Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, display and Multi-Touch issues.
Apple may publish additional iPhone Duo support documents in the coming days, but it has not provided a specific list or schedule for future releases.
