Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy enacted two National Security and Defence Council decisions imposing sanctions on Russian weapons manufacturers and military-industrial suppliers.
The first package covers 51 individuals and 44 legal entities linked to missile production and the supply of components for Iskander, Kalibr, Kh-101 and Kinzhal missiles.
The list includes the G.S. Petrov Institute of Plastics, the Kometa Corporation for Special-Purpose Space Systems, VitaReaktiv, Promenergo and other Russian military-industrial enterprises.
Equipment and component suppliers
The second package targets 32 Russian nationals and 35 Russian companies supplying high-precision industrial equipment, electronics, raw materials and components used to manufacture missiles, drones, armoured vehicles and military aircraft.
Sanctions were also imposed on companies belonging to the RUSAL group. The President’s Office said their products are used in the production of Russian weapons.
The President’s Office said Ukraine would work with international partners to synchronise the sanctions.
