
EU has no near-term plans to reimpose sanctions on Usmanov and Fridman
The European Union does not expect to reimpose sanctions on Russian oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman in the near future. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said the bloc is working on about 1,600 new sanctions listings.
