Apple launches iPhone 18 Pro, Apple Watch Series 12, Apple Watch Ultra 4 and AirPods 5 in stores

Apple began in-store sales of its latest product lineup on Friday, September 18. The introductions include iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, Apple Watch Series 12, Apple Watch Ultra 4 and AirPods 5.

At Apple Fifth Avenue in New York City, John Ternus, Deirdre O’Brien and Greg Joswiak joined store staff to welcome customers. Team members offered hands-on demos, personalized shopping assistance and introductions to the new products.

Customers could buy the devices in person, online at apple.com or via the Apple Store app. Apple Specialists assisted with Apple Trade In, payment options including financing with Apple Card, the Apple Upgrade program for annual updates, and carrier deals.

Apple also provided Personal Setup services to help customers set up their new devices after purchase.
