ASRock has detailed its DeskSlim X600 and B760 mini PCs, built in a 5-liter chassis and supporting discrete NVIDIA RTX Pro 4000 and RTX Pro 2000 professional graphics cards.

Both systems use desktop processors, four standard DDR5 DIMM slots and a PCIe 5.0 x16 slot for a graphics card. Maximum memory capacity is 256GB.

DeskSlim processors and memory

The DeskSlim X600 uses AMD’s AM5 platform and supports Ryzen 9000, Ryzen 8000 and Ryzen 7000 processors with power ratings up to 120W. The DeskSlim B760 uses Intel’s LGA1700 socket and supports 12th-, 13th- and 14th-generation Core processors rated up to 125W.

Memory speeds reach DDR5-7200 and higher with overclocking. ASRock says both models use full-size DIMMs rather than the soldered memory or SO-DIMM configurations common in many compact PCs.

NVIDIA professional graphics

The DeskSlim systems are specified with the RTX PRO 4000 SFF, offering 24GB of GDDR7 ECC memory, up to 40 TFLOPS in FP32 and 1,290 AI TOPS in real-time operation. Its power consumption is 140W.

The RTX PRO 2000 provides 16GB of GDDR7 ECC memory, up to 17 TFLOPS in FP32 and 545 AI TOPS, while consuming 70W. ASRock positions the GPUs for content creation, local AI models, 3D rendering, data analysis and engineering applications.

Availability and pricing

ASRock said both configurations are already available through its global distributor network. The company has not yet announced prices for the DeskSlim X600 or B760.
