15 games arrive on Xbox next week, including Dune: Awakening and CONTROL Resonant

Fifteen games are listed for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox on PC and Game Pass from September 22 to 25. The stated release dates are subject to change.

The lineup’s main releases include Dune: Awakening, CONTROL Resonant and EA SPORTS FC 27. Dune: Awakening and Well Dweller will also be available through Game Pass.

September 22 releases

Dune: Awakening, Graveyard Keeper 2, BLACKSHARD, Bubble Stomp, Demeo X Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked, VORON: Raven’s Story and Well Dweller are scheduled for September 22. All are optimized for Xbox Series X|S; Dune: Awakening and Well Dweller are listed for Game Pass.

Dune: Awakening combines single-player and multiplayer open-world survival on Arrakis. Players can explore, build and craft alone, on a shared server with friends or on a public server.

Graveyard Keeper 2 tasks players with managing a medieval graveyard and leading an undead army against a zombie apocalypse. Well Dweller is a dark-fairy-tale metroidvania in which a small bird named Glimmer, armed with a matchstick, must save its family from an evil queen.

September 23 releases

Garfield – Escape From Monday, Bibi & Tina – Ready, Set, Ride!, BIRDCAGE and I Hear Them are scheduled for September 23. Garfield – Escape From Monday, Bibi & Tina and BIRDCAGE support Xbox Play Anywhere, while the first three are also optimized for Xbox Series X|S.

Garfield – Escape From Monday is a 3D platformer about Garfield trying to wake from a nightmare filled with vegetables and sugar-free candy. Bibi & Tina centers on a summer riding tournament, while BIRDCAGE offers a vertical shoot’em up with six stages.

I Hear Them is a first-person horror game about catching rats in a house with help from a cat named Lola while investigating the supernatural reason for their gathering.

September 24–25 releases

CONTROL Resonant and Alien Breed 35th Anniversary are scheduled for September 24. CONTROL Resonant is optimized for Xbox Series X|S and supports Xbox Play Anywhere; Alien Breed 35th Anniversary has those features plus Smart Delivery.

In CONTROL Resonant, Dylan Faden confronts a cosmic entity during a paranatural crisis in Manhattan. Alien Breed 35th Anniversary includes six original campaigns and adds Horde Mode.

EA SPORTS FC 27 is scheduled for September 25 and supports Smart Delivery. It includes the social football space The Grounds, Kickabouts, 1v1 and Clubs, alongside stated changes to control, attacking awareness and defending.
