SkyFall unveils Thor Hammer strike drone after two months of frontline use

SkyFall has officially presented its first strike drone, Thor Hammer, after two months of combat use. The UAV comes in 350-km and 600-km versions, carries a 40–50 kg warhead and uses operator confirmation before autonomous terminal guidance.

SkyFall has officially unveiled its first middle-strike combat UAV, Thor Hammer. The company says the drone has already seen two months of frontline use.

SkyFall announced serial production and combat deployment of the then-unnamed system on August 1. The company has now disclosed its official name, specifications and two configurations.

Two ranges: 350 and 600 kilometers

Thor Hammer is designed to strike ground targets in the tactical and operational rear. The 350-km version is intended for targets such as command posts, artillery positions and ammunition depots, while the 600-km version reaches deeper targets.

Both variants have a 3.5-meter wingspan, a 3-meter length, a maximum altitude of 4,000 meters and a top speed of 180 km/h. The warhead weighs 40–50 kg, deployment takes 18 minutes, and launch is carried out by catapult or rocket booster.

The price is $25,000–30,000, depending on configuration. SkyFall says it plans to reach production of up to 5,000 drones per month by the end of 2026.

Operator confirms the strike

The control system combines a human decision with autonomous operation during the final approach. The drone follows its route autonomously and transmits live video, while an operator confirms the attack before the target is engaged.

After confirmation, artificial intelligence and computer vision take over. SkyFall says the drone can continue automatically correcting its trajectory even after a complete loss of communications. Navigation combines satellite, inertial and backup systems; communications may use Starlink or other secure channels.

SkyFall adds a strike platform

The company was previously known mainly for its P1-SUN, JetKiller and SPYS interceptors. Thor Hammer is its first product designed to strike ground targets, adding a new line rather than replacing its interceptor work.

SkyFall’s R&D team is developing its own engines for drones in this class. The company says key electronics are already proprietary, while the engine remains under development. A version with a range exceeding 1,000 km is also planned.
