17 New Movies Streaming in October: ‘The Invite,’ ‘Disclosure Day’ and More

Seventeen new movies are scheduled to arrive on streaming services in October. The lineup includes “The Invite,” “Disclosure Day,” “Evil Dead Burn,” “Minions & Monsters” and other films headed to HBO Max, Netflix, Peacock, Prime Video and more.

Streaming platforms will release 17 new movies in October. “Evil Dead Burn” leads the schedule on Oct. 2, when it is set to arrive on HBO Max.

The lineup also includes “The Invite,” “Disclosure Day,” “The Death of Robin Hood,” “Animals” and “Oasis: Don’t Look Back in Anger.” The listed release dates run from Oct. 2 through Oct. 28.

Early October streaming releases

“Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma” is scheduled for Mubi on Oct. 2, while “Doing Life” arrives on Netflix the same day. Netflix will release “Lorne” on Oct. 5.

On Oct. 9, “Disclosure Day” is set for Peacock, “Animals” for Netflix, “Oasis: Don’t Look Back in Anger” for Disney+ and Hulu, and “V/H/S Mixtape” and “The Housemaid” for Shudder and HBO Max.

Releases in the month’s second half

Oct. 16 brings “The Death of Robin Hood” to HBO Max, “Sacrifice” to Netflix, “Masterplan” to Prime Video and “Tenzing” to Apple TV. “Love of Your Life” is scheduled for Prime Video on Oct. 14.

“The Invite” will arrive on HBO Max on Oct. 23, followed by “Minions & Monsters” on Peacock on Oct. 28. Hulu has “Hokum” scheduled for Oct. 10.
