The Scope of Authority Premium Warbond for Helldivers 2 launches October 20. Its theme is long-range combat, precision and concealed movement.
The content adds five weapons: the R-40 Sightliner bolt-action sniper rifle, P-44 Mist one-handed machine pistol, AMW-20 Apex backpack-fed anti-materiel rifle with assisted reload, LAS-44 Nova energy rifle and G-11 Caltrops grenade.
Five weapons for different ranges
The R-40 Sightliner uses powerful armor-piercing rounds for precision at long range. The P-44 Mist is intended to provide a faster response at close range, while the AMW-20 Apex is designed to fight large armored targets.
The LAS-44 Nova fires a high-precision non-explosive thermal projectile after a short charge and has the infinite ammunition associated with its weapon type. The G-11 Caltrops scatters proximity-detonated submunitions that slow and stun enemies.
Two armor sets built around concealment
The SS-33 Mimetic Marshal light armor uses light-diffusing netting and adaptive fiber technology; its set includes the Mimetic Mesh cape and player card. The SS-15 Focal Point medium armor features adaptive camouflage and optics, with the Boundary Banner cape and player card completing the set.
Both armor sets carry the Stationary Shroud passive. While crouched or prone, it reduces weapon sway and detection range by mimicking foliage concealment.
The Warbond also includes the Manual Ballistic Projection emote and the new Longshot title. Unlocking it requires the base game, Super Credits and game progression.
