Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 & Warzone launch Season 06 “The Haunting” on September 17 with new maps and modes

Season 06 titled “The Haunting” will release for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Call of Duty: Warzone on September 17, 2026; Call of Duty lists a 9:00 AM PT launch across all platforms and PlayStation confirms PS5 and PS4 availability.

The update adds new and rethemed maps: Multiplayer Quantum, a frozen Arctic quantum facility; Bloodstead, a homestead retheme with blood-filled water; and a rethemed Warzone Resurgence map called Haunted Hollow featuring a Ghost Train and cosmic-horror elements.

Limited-Time Modes include T.E.D.D. Trials, bringing three Zombies maps into 6v6 Multiplayer (Roadkill, Inferno and Lost), and Hordepoint, an undead twist on Hardpoint where roaming zombies attack nearby Operators and favor the controlling team. Ranked Play returns for the season.

Zombies content adds a new Survival map called Tenshu, a Rex Infernus Directed Mode with a Starting Room variant at launch, expanded Rogue Run maps and pedestal rewards including Pack-a-Punch IV, an Ultra-Rarity upgrade and Golden Armor.

Endgame content changes include Avalon Night and the Forbidden Summoning Event, where players must unlock seals to free a creature. Season 06 also brings a Battle Pass with new weapons such as the VMP SMG and TR51 Para Assault Rifle, new attachments, Weekly Challenges, BlackCell premium variants (including the Revenant operator and a Mastercraft blueprint), a DOOM-themed Event Pass and store bundles.
