Apple said it will release its fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 results on Monday, November 2. The company will hold an earnings call afterward at 2 p.m. PT / 5 p.m. ET (21:00 UTC).
New Apple CEO John Ternus is expected to join CFO Kevan Parekh. It would be Ternus’s first participation in the call as chief executive.
Revenue and margin guidance
Apple previously forecast fiscal Q4 revenue growth of 9% to 11% year over year. That would put revenue between $111.69 billion and $113.74 billion.
The company also guided to a gross margin of 47% to 48%, down from 50.1% in the prior quarter. The earlier figure included an approximately two-percentage-point benefit from tariff refunds.
Apple had warned of a 2.5-percentage-point foreign-exchange headwind and significantly greater supply constraints affecting the iPhone, Mac and iPad.
First full quarter after price increases
The report will provide the first full-quarter view of results after Apple raised prices across much of its hardware lineup in late June. It will also show how the company handled another quarter of memory shortages and rising component costs.
The results are unlikely to offer a meaningful read on demand for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. The reporting period ended in late September, while the new models went on sale on September 18.
For the previous fiscal Q4, Apple reported $102.47 billion in revenue and $27.47 billion in profit. Profit a year earlier was $14.7 billion, after a one-time $10.2 billion tax charge tied to the company’s long-running tax dispute in Ireland.
The source says Ternus’s first full fiscal quarter as CEO will be reported in late January.
