Apple is preparing new product announcements for next week. On October 19, executive Greg Joswiak posted a message saying, “Can't wait to pro and tell next week.”
The company is expected to announce the devices on October 28 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. UTC). Media members have been invited to an in-person experience in Los Angeles.
Rumored Apple devices
Rumors point to a MacBook Pro with an OLED touchscreen, an entry-level MacBook Pro powered by an M6 chip, an M6 iMac and an iPad mini with an OLED display.
The gathering is not expected to follow Apple’s standard event format. Journalists will reportedly receive hands-on access to the Macs and iPad mini and be able to publish first impressions.
Last week, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reported that the OLED MacBook Pro and other devices could launch on November 6. Apple has not officially confirmed that release date.
