Apple has announced its Pro and Tell device presentation, scheduled for October 28 in Los Angeles. It will be the company’s third presentation of the season.
Apple invited media representatives and influencers to the event, Engadget reports. Greg Joswiak, the company’s senior vice president of marketing, also announced it in a post dated October 19, 2026.
Devices reportedly in preparation
According to earlier reporting by Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, Apple is preparing several Mac models with new chips and an updated iPad mini. Apple has not published an official device lineup.
Possible announcements include MacBook Pro models with OLED displays, M5 Pro and M5 Max processors, and 14- and 16-inch screen options. Rumors say the laptops will be lighter than current models and introduce touch controls to Apple’s laptop range for the first time.
Apple is also reportedly preparing an updated 14-inch MacBook Pro and an iMac with M6 processors. The source says the chip debuted in an updated Mac mini in August.
Another expected product is an iPad mini with an OLED screen, replacing the LCD panel used in the current model. OLED could improve contrast and color reproduction, but Apple has not confirmed this device or the other reported products.
