Amazon MGM unveils The Beekeeper 2 trailer with Jason Statham
Amazon MGM Studios has released the first official trailer for The Beekeeper 2. Jason Statham returns as Adam Clay, who must protect the US president from the rogue secret organisation known as the Beekeepers.

Amazon MGM Studios has released the first official trailer for The Beekeeper 2, the sequel to the 2024 action film. Jason Statham returns as assassin Adam Clay and also serves as a producer.
In the sequel, Clay becomes the world’s most wanted criminal while protecting US President Jessica Danforth, played by Gemma Redgrave. She is targeted by the secret organisation known as the Beekeepers, which has gone rogue and seeks total control of the government.
Clay joins forces with a former CIA director
To stop his former allies, Statham’s character takes up arms again. He is joined by former CIA director Wallace Westwyld, played by Jeremy Irons.
Timo Tjahjanto directed the sequel, replacing David Ayer. Umair Aleem wrote the screenplay. Emmy Raver-Lampman and Bobby Naderi return as FBI agents, while Pom Klementieff, Yara Shahidi and Adam Copeland join the cast.
Filming took place in autumn 2025 at Shepperton Studios in the UK. Amazon MGM Studios acquired worldwide distribution rights for more than $50 million.
The film is scheduled for an international release on 15 January 2027. Ukrainian cinemas are expected to receive it one day earlier.
